Point N Time Software Privacy Policy

The safety and privacy of your information and data is paramount to Point N Time Software. Since our conception in 2011 we have not had a data breach or exposure of our customer’s data and information. We continue to ensure we maintain customer information and customer data in secure faculties utilizing the Amazon cloud services.

What Data Is Collected?

Meeting Mappercollects the following information:

    • Duration
    • Meeting Participants

Meeting Mapper Pro collects the following information in addition to the information above:

  • Organizational Chart
    • Reporting structure that you create
  • Miles/Kilometers driven
    • Start Point
    • End Point
  • Expense information
    • Expense Type
    • Amount
    • Date
    • Purpose

Drive related location information provides you with drive data whenever you are logged in to the app and have location services turned on and available.  If you do not want drive data collected, you can pause, log out of or delete the app. Logging out or deleting the app also stops additional telemetry from being collected. Where is Data Stored?

The data collected as part of the Meeting Mapper application is stored in the United States. Amazon is deemed to provide adequate protections to EU users in accordance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.

How is my Data Secure?

We abide EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell, trade or giveaway your information and data. Currently no 3rdparty as access to your data or information. In the future any 3rdparty access will be provided via in-app purchases, ie. Salesforce, Quickbook, etc.

How Can I Delete my Data?

Your account can be deleted by contacting and requesting via support@pointntime.com. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days of receipt acknowledgement by our support team. Meetings, Contacts, Images and Expenses and can be deleted via the mobile app.


Point N Time Software takes appropriate precautions to protect our users’ information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information (your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). (To learn more about SSL, go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Sockets_Layer). Because email is not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us by email. Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions

Your use of a Point N Time Software application if any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through notice on our home page. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy policy.
